At AURA Wellness, we hold space for every member who books a class. Because our classes are intentionally small, a late cancellation or no-show affects both your instructor and the members on our waitlist. This policy outlines how cancellations, no-shows, and membership changes are handled across all AURA classes and services.
This policy applies to all classes, private sessions, and services booked through AURA Wellness LLC, whether reserved online, through our booking platform, or in studio.
You may cancel a class reservation at any time up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Your class credit or session will be returned to your account automatically, and the spot will be released to members on the waitlist.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time are considered late cancellations and are subject to the fee outlined in Section 2.
These fees exist to protect our instructors' time and keep classes available for members who want to attend. They apply as follows:
Fees are charged automatically to the payment method on file. Members on class packs will have one credit deducted in place of a fee, at AURA's discretion.
We understand that life happens. AURA may waive a late cancel or no-show fee for documented emergencies, sudden illness, or other extenuating circumstances, considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible if this applies to you.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or a review of your membership.
Private and semi-private sessions follow the same 12-hour cancellation window as group classes. Sessions cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged in full or will forfeit one session from your pack, at AURA's discretion.
To reschedule a private session, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation charge.
Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] or through your member account portal.
To avoid being charged for the following billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Requests received after this window will take effect at the end of the following billing period, and you will retain access through that time.
Membership cancellation does not retroactively refund any portion of the current billing period. See our Terms and Conditions for full membership and refund terms.
If you need a break rather than a full cancellation, active members may request to freeze their membership for personal, medical, or travel-related reasons. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Freezes are available for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days per calendar year, and pause billing for the approved period. AURA reserves the right to grant or deny freeze requests at its reasonable discretion.
Class packs and single drop-in classes are non-refundable once purchased. The same 12-hour cancellation window applies — cancelling in time returns the class to your account; cancelling late or not showing up will use one credit from your pack, or incur the applicable fee for drop-ins.
On occasion, AURA may need to cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor availability, low enrollment, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If AURA cancels a class you're booked into, you will receive a full class credit back to your account automatically — no action needed on your part.
Where possible, we will notify you of studio-initiated cancellations as early as we can via email or text.
You can cancel or reschedule a class directly through your online account or booking confirmation. For membership cancellations, freezes, or any questions about this policy, reach out to us directly:
