Welcome to AURA Wellness LLC. By accessing our website at auranola.com, booking a class or membership, purchasing a class pack, or entering our studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AURA Wellness LLC ("AURA," "we," "us," or "our"), a Louisiana limited liability company with its principal place of business at 3811 Williams Blvd, Kenner, Louisiana.

1. Services Offered

AURA Wellness LLC offers boutique group fitness and wellness classes including yoga, Pilates, Barre, strength training, Reiki, sound healing, and breathwork (collectively, "Classes"), as well as memberships, class packs, and other wellness services. Our services and pricing are described on our website and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

AURA reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule Classes at any time. In the event of a class cancellation by AURA, you will receive a class credit or appropriate remedy at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By registering for an account or purchasing a membership or class, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Minors may participate only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian and their direct supervision.

3. Membership and Class Pack Terms

3.1 Membership Plans

AURA offers monthly membership plans and class packs as described on our website. By purchasing a membership, you authorize AURA to charge the applicable monthly fee to your payment method on file through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis.

Current membership pricing:

• Founding Unlimited Membership: $149/month (month-to-month, rate locked for qualifying Founding Members — see Section 4)
• Additional membership tiers and class packs: as published on auranola.com at time of purchase

3.2 Auto-Renewal

All memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel before the next billing date. By purchasing a membership, you expressly authorize AURA to charge your payment method on each renewal date. You will receive a reminder prior to your renewal, and you may cancel at any time in accordance with Section 3.3 below.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to [email protected] or through your member account portal. Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following billing cycle. Cancellations received after this window will take effect at the end of the following billing period.

Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused classes expire according to the expiration terms associated with each pack. AURA is not responsible for unused sessions forfeited due to expiration.

3.4 Membership Freeze Policy

Active members may request to freeze their membership for personal, medical, or travel-related reasons. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Freezes are available for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days per calendar year. A freeze temporarily pauses billing during the approved period. AURA reserves the right to grant or deny freeze requests at its reasonable discretion.

3.5 Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined on a billing date, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment is not received within 7 days, your membership access may be paused until payment is resolved. AURA reserves the right to terminate a membership for chronic non-payment. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information in your account.

4. Founding Member Program

The Founding Member offer is a limited-time program available to AURA's earliest members. The following terms apply:

• The Founding Unlimited Membership is offered at $149/month and is available to the first 50 qualifying members only.
• The Founding Member rate is locked for active, continuous members. Your rate will not increase as long as your membership remains in good standing and you maintain uninterrupted enrollment.
• The rate lock is forfeited if you cancel your membership, allow it to lapse, or are removed for a violation of these Terms. Rejoining after cancellation will be subject to current published rates.
• AURA reserves the right to close the Founding Member program at its sole discretion once the cap of 50 members is reached.
• Founding Member status is non-transferable and applies to individual accounts only.

5. Class Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

5.1 Booking

Classes must be reserved in advance through our online booking system at auranola.com or via our designated booking platform. Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment or use of a class credit.

5.2 Cancellation Window

You must cancel your class reservation at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full class credit back to your account. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time are considered late cancellations and are subject to the late cancel fee outlined below.

5.3 Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees

The following fees apply to protect our instructors' time and the availability of classes for all members:

• Late Cancellation (within 12 hours of class): $10 fee or forfeiture of one class credit, at AURA's discretion
• No-Show (failure to cancel and failure to attend): $15 fee or forfeiture of one class credit, at AURA's discretion

AURA reserves the right to waive fees for documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or membership review.

6. Health, Waiver, and Assumption of Risk

By participating in any class, session, or activity offered by AURA Wellness LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

6.1 Physical Fitness and Medical Clearance

Participation in fitness and wellness activities involves inherent physical risk, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular exertion, and other physical harm. You represent that you are in adequate physical condition to participate in the activities you have chosen and that you have consulted with a licensed physician or healthcare provider as appropriate before beginning any new fitness program.

AURA strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or have recently had surgery or illness. It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any injuries, physical limitations, or health conditions prior to participating in class.

6.2 Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk

By participating in AURA's classes and services, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or other harm that may result from your participation, whether caused by your own actions, the actions of other participants, or the inherent risks of the activity. You agree that AURA Wellness LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from your participation in our services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6.3 Wellness Services Disclaimer

Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, and similar wellness modalities offered by AURA are intended for relaxation and general well-being. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. AURA does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. If you have physical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Code of Conduct

AURA is a welcoming, inclusive community. All members and guests are expected to treat fellow participants, instructors, and staff with kindness and respect. The following conduct standards apply to all AURA spaces, both physical and digital:

• Arrive on time. Late arrivals may be denied entry to class to avoid disruption.
• Silence mobile phones before entering the studio.
• Wear appropriate athletic attire. Clean, indoor footwear is required for applicable classes.
• Respect shared studio equipment. Return props and equipment to their designated locations after use.
• Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Do not attend class if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.

AURA reserves the right to remove any individual from its premises or revoke membership for conduct that violates this code or that AURA reasonably determines to be disruptive or harmful to the community.

8. Payment Terms

All payments for classes, memberships, class packs, and other AURA services are processed through Stripe, our secure third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorize AURA to charge your payment method as specified at the time of purchase.

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice posted on our website. Any applicable sales tax will be added to your purchase where required by Louisiana law.

9. Refund Policy

AURA Wellness LLC maintains the following refund policy:

• Memberships: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once charged, except as required by applicable law. If you cancel before your next billing date in accordance with Section 3.3, you will retain access through the end of your current paid period.
• Class Packs: Class pack purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for unused class credits.
• Single Drop-In Classes: Purchases for single classes are non-refundable once processed.
• AURA Intro Experience: The $49 introductory offer is non-refundable and available to new clients only.

AURA may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit or partial refund in extraordinary circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Louisiana consumer protection law.

10. AURA Intro Experience

The AURA Intro Experience ($49 for 7 days unlimited classes) is available to new clients only — defined as individuals who have not previously held an AURA membership or purchased any class pack or drop-in class. This offer is limited to one per person and is non-transferable. The 7-day period begins on the date of first class attendance. Unused days do not roll over. This offer is subject to change or withdrawal at AURA's discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on auranola.com and associated materials, including but not limited to the AURA Wellness LLC brand name, logo, the "Aura." mark, taglines, website design, photography, videos, written content, and class programming, are the exclusive property of AURA Wellness LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable U.S. and state intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise use any AURA content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of website content is permitted, provided attribution to AURA Wellness LLC is included.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AURA Wellness LLC, its owners, members, officers, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to our services exceed the total amount you paid to AURA Wellness LLC in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AURA does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from injury or harm.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AURA Wellness LLC and its owners, officers, instructors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; or (d) any injury or harm caused by your actions in or around our studio or during any class or event.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AURA's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by contacting us at [email protected]. AURA will make a reasonable effort to address your concern within 15 business days of receiving written notice.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with AURA (including any membership agreement or waiver signed at the studio), constitute the entire agreement between you and AURA Wellness LLC with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
