Restorative Yoga + Soundbath
Weekly Class · fridays
A 60-minute nervous system reset that moves through two distinct phases — fully supported restorative yoga followed by an immersive soundbath designed to calm, restore, and deeply replenish.
Sculpt + Flow
Weekly Class · Saturdays
This signature class blends the precision of Pilates, the grounding of yoga, and the resilience of strength training into one intentional, fluid practice.
